Fortitude (2015)

An Arctic settlement's claim to be orderly and safe breaks down through a murder and a much stranger biological threat. Environmental isolation exposes the bargains that have allowed people to live together there. The series is an uneven but unusually physical collision of civic secrecy, bodily infection and spectacular landscape, with severe violence and grotesque transformations.
