Hello Tomorrow! (2023)

Travelling salespeople offer customers a fresh start on the moon in a retro-futuristic America full of reassuring domestic technology. Billy Crudup makes the pitch seductive enough that wanting to believe becomes the central problem. The 2023 series is a slower, more melancholy choice than Fallout, with salesmanship and family disappointment ahead of adventure. Its strongest connection is the polished promise of a better life concealing the obligations that promise creates.
