Silo (2023)

Residents of a vast underground structure depend on an official account of the world outside, while an engineer starts finding reasons to question it. The pleasure is recognising how maintenance, hierarchy and restricted information work together. It is the closest companion to Fallout's vault societies, delivered as a much more sober mystery. Rebecca Ferguson gives the investigation practical force rather than treating curiosity as an abstract virtue.
