Mrs. Davis (2023)

A nun takes on an apparently benevolent all-purpose algorithm, turning resistance to an invisible system into a wildly physical quest. Betty Gilpin gives the escalating absurdity an emotional centre without making the premise behave politely. It is a good match for Fallout's willingness to place an earnest character inside an outrageous structure. The eight-episode story offers a deliberate shape and payoff amid the genre detours.
