Dordogne (2023)

A recording, a photograph or a word gathered for a journal becomes a way of keeping an ordinary afternoon. Mimi's return to her late grandmother's house unfolds alongside the summer she spent there as a child. The contrast gives remembering both affection and family friction. Its watercolour landscapes invite lingering, while simple guided interactions keep the focus on rebuilding a connection rather than mastering puzzles.
