Vampyr (2018)

Jonathan Reid is both a doctor and a vampire, and learning more about a patient can make feeding on them more tempting. Citizens' connections and district health turn that contradiction into decisions with consequences around you. You interpret a fixed protagonist rather than inventing a new one. Repeated combat and conversations can slow the pace, but the tension between care, appetite and power gives his profession an unusually direct place in the RPG systems.
