Sentimental Value (2025)
Movie
Released
Joachim Trier uses performance and filmmaking to draw a family's old injuries into the present. Renate Reinsve and Stellan Skarsgård give the polished structure real friction. That polish may also make reconciliation feel more composed than your own emotional response; the 2025 drama is worth trying without treating its acclaim as an instruction to be overwhelmed.
