Heist (2001)
Movie

David Mamet's veteran thief has to work with people whose instructions may be another layer of deception. A gold shipment gives the plotting a concrete target while the dialogue makes every assurance sound negotiable. This is the choice for double-cross anxiety and professional mistrust, with the confidence game extending to how much of the plan the audience receives.
