Balatro (2024)

Build a scoring engine from poker hands, Jokers and changes to the playing cards themselves. A useful shop offer can make a familiar hand worth pursuing, or persuade you to abandon the direction you expected. New decks and Jokers become available through in-game achievements, not a collection bought before the run. Bigger combinations still need money, reliable draws and an answer to the next blind; flexibility matters more than a spectacular theoretical score.
