Taking survivors aboard means finding beds, food and breathable space, then discovering how their skills and relationships fit the crew. Refugees also bring obligations to other factions, making rescue a decision with a life beyond extra labour. Choose it for a mobile home where cramped layouts become personal problems. Boarding and ship disasters can kill people; keep earlier saves if you want a way back from losing a familiar crew member.
