Conversations and diary entries give the explorers a voice while their skills and needs shape a base that cannot simply solve every problem by hiring more people. Physical disasters can strain relationships as well as pipes, making the crew part of understanding what went wrong. Choose it for a small, outspoken group in a demanding simulation. It is still in Early Access, and difficulty settings govern whether explorer deaths are permanent; inspect those before settling on your story.
