Devs (2020)

A software engineer investigates a secretive division of the technology company where she works after her boyfriend's death. Alex Garland makes the immaculate campus and its protected inner building feel like a place where access itself is power. This fits the Silo viewer who wants to follow an outsider towards the idea an institution is built around. The mystery develops into a quiet, unsettling argument about choice and certainty. It is a complete limited series, with a slower, more philosophical rhythm.
