Snowpiercer (2020)

Silo's vertical class system becomes a line of train carriages: the privileged live comfortably at the front while others keep a fragile survival machine running. A murder investigation lets the series move through those divisions before the struggle over who deserves power takes centre stage. Choose the 2020 television series for its politics, maintenance problems and contested leadership. It is more openly melodramatic than Silo, and its four-season run reaches an ending.
