Dark (2017)

A missing child exposes connections between four families in a German town, then keeps enlarging the meaning of their shared history. Where Silo makes you distrust the account of how a society began, Dark makes almost every family story worth re-examining. The intricate relationships and chronology demand considerably more concentration, but the three-season story is complete. Choose it for carefully planted clues and revelations that change earlier scenes. Watch in German with subtitles if you can.
