Standalone Quest 3 with Touch controllers: new undercover escape scenarios retain the seated design and object-moving telekinesis. That makes a small room workable without reducing the puzzles to button presses. Timed hazards can still demand quick hand movements and looking to either side; sitting is not a promise of minimal exertion.
