Maniac Mansion (1987)

Choose two friends to accompany Dave, then switch among the trio as their talents open different routes through the house. Team selection changes what solutions are available, making replay a genuine alternative approach. The 1987 design can kill or imprison characters and leave you unable to finish after an irreversible mistake. Keep several saves and treat freeing a trapped companion as an urgent party problem. The PC release includes Original and Enhanced versions.
