Gemini Rue (2011)

A streetwise former assassin and an amnesiac confined in a facility provide sharply different ways into the same science-fiction mystery. Certain sections let you switch through portraits, while others hold you to one thread until its next story point. Their separate circumstances matter more than exchanging inventory. There are cover-based gunfights and possible deaths, with autosaves around danger; keep manual saves too.
