Ginga Force (2013)

A vertical shooter built around a ten-stage Story Mode following pilots Alex and Margaret. Between missions, its equipment system lets you rethink main, secondary and special weapons instead of relying on whatever power-up happens to drop. That makes a difficult assignment a preparation problem as well as a piloting test. Expect some revisiting of missions as you earn credits and expand the shop's options. Choose Story for that ongoing development; Score Attack is the separate target when you want a more fixed competitive challenge.
