The Wailing (2016)
Movie

A rural investigation makes rituals, testimony and apparently useful guidance increasingly difficult to trust. The ending rewards comparing which signs you accepted and why, without making every interpretation equally supported. Na Hong-jin's long, violent horror film is the demanding choice for viewers who enjoy arguing about how a story teaches them to misread danger.
