Mega Man X: Legacy Collection (2018)

A dash jump carries X across a wider gap, while wall jumps let him fire from above a threat rather than fighting only from the floor. Start with X in the first game and find its leg upgrade; dash movement is not available from the opening. Rookie Hunter reduces damage in the early games, but their pits and spikes remain lethal. This first collection contains X through X4, giving you room to follow the movement system's development without buying the second volume.
