Backpack Hero (2023)

The clearest starting point if you want to arrange a bag and then make deliberate combat choices. Item positions strengthen other equipment, while different heroes change how the inventory works. Build around one item's placement condition before accepting every attractive piece of loot. Standalone runs let you focus on the dungeon; Story Mode adds a town and unlock progression. Choose this over an auto-battler if you want to decide how to spend each turn as well as how to pack.
