Safety Not Guaranteed (2012)

A reporter follows an advertisement seeking a companion for time travel and finds belief harder to dismiss than the assignment suggested. Its compact scale makes the eccentricity approachable, and the question of when curiosity becomes trust survives the science-fiction hook. A useful pick when you want an odd little comedy rather than a polished romantic fantasy.
