Lethal League Blaze (2018)

The ball is the weapon: hit it towards an opponent, then prepare for a return that accelerates with each strike. Angles, a softer bunt and character abilities matter before its speed becomes a spectacular reaction test. Up to four can play locally, and solo Arcade and Story modes provide something to learn before guests arrive. Alternative rules include goals-based Strikers and Lethal Volley. Start with straightforward rounds rather than expert-speed demonstrations; a readable objective still leaves a substantial timing gap between new and practised players.
