Revenge (2017)
Movie
Released
Coralie Fargeat makes a hostile landscape and the changing use of a luxury house carry a forceful feature debut. Matilda Lutz's physical performance gives the heightened imagery a centre. The Substance later enlarges her bodily satire, while this first film already shows how deliberately she can turn looking, power and violent survival into visual form.
