Hidden-Gem Co-op Games for Groups Ready to Try Something New

Discovery picks for a regular group that wants a different shared activity, from running a postal shift to operating a submarine or discussing a tactical turn. This PC-focused selection mixes small-audience games with a few cult favourites; the aim is to offer alternatives to the familiar rotation, with each game's particular cooperative job explained. Player counts and setup below refer to the Windows Steam versions. Local, native online and streamed local co-op are distinguished: Steam Remote Play Together uses one host's copy, while native online normally needs a copy per player unless a free pass or companion app is specified. Start with KeyWe for two, Very Very Valet or This Means Warp for four, or Void Crew for a group of up to six. Sunderfolk is the longer campaign option. Keep one agreed host for a continuing story, and choose the repeated-retry games only if that sounds enjoyable to your whole group.
