Regé-Jean Page's Xenk is entertaining partly because impeccable competence makes the surrounding improvisers so uncomfortable. An imagined adventure should test his principles with two genuinely defensible obligations, rather than just invent a stronger opponent. That would give his seriousness a story of its own while preserving the comic friction.
