Minnal Murali (2021)
Movie

Two men receive extraordinary abilities in the same Kerala community, but their very different relationships with its people shape what those powers become. The Malayalam film lets everyday status, rejection and local obligations carry the origin story. The patient, often funny village setting supplies an alternative to metropolitan spectacle, with the darker parallel story giving its warmth a necessary edge.
