The Handmaiden (2016)
Movie

An elaborate household fraud unfolds through shifting viewpoints, so a gesture that first looks straightforward can acquire a very different intention. Park Chan-wook's sumptuous rooms are full of performances being given for other characters. The reversals are tied to desire and power, not just clever mechanics. Expect explicit sexual material and disturbing coercion.
